Workplace Justice NZ exists to end bullying and toxic workplace culture in Aotearoa through advocacy, lobbying, education, and information. We will promote a model code of practice for employers, support employees, and press government for stronger protections—ensuring fairness, dignity, and productivity in every workplace, and making respect and collaboration the standard for New Zealand’s future.
